Laura is “meno-passionate” about teaching women what to expect in perimenopause and menopause, and an advocate for dispelling myths about “The Change.” She has given talks in various venues including Pregnancy and Postpartum PT, Pure Barre Westford, Aldersgate United Methodist Church, The Chelmsford Public Library, Better Together event, and Regis College. She has also worked with several HR departments to bring this information to the workplace. Laura loves to spread the word about menopause and how women can make this life transition better!
