Once your package and GLP-1 consent forms are signed, we’ll send your hormone prescriptions to your pharmacy and order your GLP-1 medication.

Every new patient deserves individualized care. Starting with a comprehensive lab and history review, plus an hour-long visit with one of our clinicians, means we can guide you on the right path based on your goals, preferences and needs.

Your package includes 2 vials of GLP-1 medication. Hormone medications are prescribed separately and filled just like any other prescription, so your usual insurance coverage applies.*

You can continue on your path with a bridge program or a monthly membership: ongoing care from the team who already knows you, including labs, visits and more.

Due to the specialty nature of our clinic we do not provide primary care or general gynecology services. We recommend you are established with these types of providers for preventative and acute healthcare services outside of Sapphire Women's Healthcare.

Patients who are experiencing a medical emergency must call 911, go to urgent care, or their local emergency room to receive care. Sapphire Women's Healthcare does not provide emergency physical or mental health services and we do not have a clinician on call during our off-hours.

Absolutely! We’ll do our best to honor your request, though we can’t always guarantee it based on availability.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, so we can offer your slot to another patient. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are charged a $100 fee. Your first no-show can be rescheduled within your program window and won’t count as one of your program visits. Any further no-show will count as that program visit, in addition to the $100 fee.
