Perimenopause and menopause can feel confusing, and you deserve more than a rushed 15-minute appointment. Your Compass Visit is a comprehensive first visit where we take the time to understand your whole health picture: your history, your symptoms, your labs and your goals. Then we map out a plan that’s truly yours.
What’s Included in Your Compass Visit
✓ A full 60-minute visit with one of Sapphire's trusted Nurse Practitioners, so there’s time to talk through everything, not just the most urgent concern.
✓ Comprehensive lab work included. Your labs are done before your visit, so we can go over your results together.
✓ Your history, reviewed ahead of time. Your clinician reviews your intake forms and lab results before you arrive, so your visit is focused on you.
✓ A clear path forward. You’ll receive a written care plan that’s yours to keep, whether you decide to continue your journey with us or not.
✓ A $250 credit toward your package when you sign up within 10 days of your Compass Visit.

How It Works

Choose the day and clinician that work for you.

Get your labs done at least 1 week before your visit, since results take about a week to come back.

Complete them at least 48 hours before your visit, so your clinician has time to review everything.

We’ll spend a full hour on your health, your questions and your goals.

Ready to get started? You can sign up for a package right at your visit, and we can begin your treatment that same day.
Please note: if labs or intake forms aren’t completed in time, your visit may need to be rescheduled, and cancellation fees may apply.
Ready to Start? You Can Begin That Day
Take a peek at our care packages before your visit! If you already know which one fits, you can sign up right at your Compass Visit, and we’ll get your treatment started that same day.
Hormone therapy: we’ll send your first prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.
Medical weight loss: once your package and consent forms are signed, we’ll order your medication, and you’ll come back the following week for your first injection, your first InBody scan and your supplies.
Need more time to decide? No problem. Everyone receives a written care plan, and you’ll get $250 off any package when you sign up within 10 days.

Not at this visit. Prescriptions begin once you choose a care package, so your treatment is built on your full health picture.

Due to the specialty nature of our clinic we do not provide primary care or general gynecology services. We recommend you are established with these types of providers for preventative and acute healthcare services outside of Sapphire Women's Healthcare.

Patients who are experiencing a medical emergency must call 911, go to urgent care, or their local emergency room to receive care. Sapphire Women's Healthcare does not provide emergency physical or mental health services and we do not have a clinician on call during our off-hours.
