At Sapphire Women’s Healthcare, we believe women deserve better than dismissal or one-size-fits-all care. You deserve to be heard, taken seriously, and supported with thoughtful, evidence-based care that reflects your unique experience.
I believe women are the experts of their own bodies. Our role is to be collaborative partners as you navigate midlife and beyond. Together, we focus on understanding what’s happening in your body, exploring options that feel right for you, and creating a path forward that helps you move beyond surviving and into truly thriving.

Our team, also known as the Sapphire Squad, is made up of professionals who share a commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered support. Together, we create a care experience that feels respectful, coordinated, and genuinely human.
Laura Brown, MS, WHNP-BC, MSCP, Coach (she/her)
CEO, Founder & provider
Laura is the heart of Sapphire Women’s Healthcare. A board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, she’s passionate about guiding women through every stage of life with care that’s as personal as it is empowering. Known for her blend of expertise and humor, Laura makes even the toughest conversations feel approachable. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her on a hiking trail, wrangling her kids, or with a good latte in hand.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT aka Right-Hand & Reception Rockstar
Gabi is the friendly face who answers the phone, greets patients, and keeps things running smoothly as Laura’s right-hand lady. With over a decade of administrative experience, she’s dedicated to supporting both patients and the Sapphire team every day.
By making sure Laura has the backup she needs, Gabi helps ensure every patient receives the best possible care. Outside the office, she’s busy keeping up with her husband and their three daughters — often fueled by group workouts, dinner with friends, or a new craft project.

Fractional COO & Business StrategistJoey is the behind-the-scenes partner who keeps the Sapphire Squad focused on what matters most — patient care. She specializes in strategy, systems, and marketing to help practices deliver incredible patient experiences while growing with intention.
She loves working alongside the Sapphire Squad to turn big ideas into actionable plans and ensure every detail is handled with care. Beyond Sapphire, Joey partners with Nurse Practitioners and healthcare founders nationwide who are building and scaling their own practices.
